Kenyan Exiled Lawyer Miguna Miguna's Online Comeback

July 12, 2020

Miguna Miguna, a Kenyan exiled lawyer, has made a comeback on social media, leaving his online followers excited and concerned about his well-being.

Recently, Miguna shared a photo of himself with a friend, Jackson Igbinosun, at the Black Gold Think Tank in Canada. The photo has sparked a mix of reactions from his online followers, with some expressing concern about his unkempt beard and slender body.

Some of his followers have jokingly told him that he is aging before he can liberate them from the 'despotic jaws.' Others have chided him for no longer being the 'self-declared general' they knew two years ago, when he was deported from Kenya after his involvement in the infamous swearing-in of Raila Odinga as the 'people's president.'

Miguna was kicked out of the country in 2018 after his involvement in the swearing-in ceremony. He made several unsuccessful attempts to fly back to Kenya in January 2020, but the government issued a red alert to block his return.

After his last deportation on March 28, 2018, Miguna continued to live in his adopted country, Canada. His online comeback has sparked a mix of reactions, with some expressing concern about his well-being and others joking about his appearance.
