On a typical day, Karen thought she had the perfect family - a loving husband and twin girls. But little did she know, her husband Mark had been leading a double life.
Mark had been telling Karen that he traveled a lot for work, but when she decided to unpack his suitcase after one of his trips, she stumbled upon a photo frame with a picture of a woman and an 18-month-old boy.
Thinking it was a mistake, Karen's heart sank when she found more belongings that belonged to Mark. The next morning, she confronted him with the photo, and he confessed to having an affair with the woman in the picture, who had fallen pregnant and now had a son.
But that was not the only bombshell. Karen assumed that Mark's second family lived in one of the countries he visited on his work trips. However, she later discovered that Mark hadn't been traveling overseas at all, and the other woman and his son actually lived just three miles away from their home.
Mark had been telling Karen that the letters bearing his name with a different local address were just a post office box number. But Karen was not convinced, and she eventually found out the truth.
She says she went 'a bit crazy,' kicked him out of the house, and later got a divorce, knowing he would run straight into the arms of his second family.
