On a chilly night, Alvan Gatitu, a popular Tik-Tok star, found himself locked out of his home by his landlord. The former Tusker Project Fame contestant took to his Facebook page on Sunday, July 5, to narrate his ordeal, which touched the hearts of many Kenyans.
Fortunately, a watchman in the building, Wafula Kizito, came to his rescue, offering him a temporary place to sleep. Moved by Kizito's kindness, Gatitu sought to repay him in a big way.
According to Gatitu, he offered Kizito anything he wanted to better his life. To his surprise, Kizito asked for a motorcycle, which Gatitu promptly bought for him. The Tik-Tok star even went a step further, getting a number plate and a license for the bike.
Without any delay, the bike was transported to Kizito's hometown in Navakholo Constituency, Kakamega County. Gatitu also opened a bank account and deposited some money for Kizito's wife to run a small business.
As a result of Gatitu's generosity, Kizito has since resigned from his work and left Nairobi for his hometown. The heartwarming act of kindness by Gatitu has left many Kenyans inspired and grateful.
