Former World Marathon record holder Wilson Kipsang has been banned for four years, effective from January 10, 2020, due to whereabouts failures and tampering by providing false evidence and witness testimony.
During his illustrious career, Kipsang achieved numerous impressive feats, including winning bronze at the 2012 London Olympics Marathon, the London Marathon in 2012 and 2014, and the Berlin Marathon in 2013, where he broke the world marathon record with a time of 2:03:23.
