The Suna East MP and Governor Joho had traveled to Dubai to visit Nasa leader Raila Odinga, who was receiving treatment there.
Many thought Betty Kyallo was on the private jet and took to social media to troll her, but she responded with a video driving around the city.
One of her followers, Wajudah, accused her of having an affair with Governor Joho and wrote, 'Kube unapeaga joho! Bibi yake atakuchoma.'
Betty Kyallo responded with a savage message, saying '@wajudah012 tulikuwa pamoja?'
