Deliven Enovk Moses Charged with Preparing Fake COVID-19 Results

Published on July 9, 2020, Deliven Enovk Moses has pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of creating and distributing false COVID-19 test reports for various individuals, claiming they were genuine documents from Kenyatta National Hospital.

The alleged offenses took place between July 5 and July 6, 2020.

He is also facing a charge of uttering a forged document.

Enovk Moses was released on a cash bail of Ksh. 100,000 and required to provide one contact as surety.

He was charged with a second file containing over 10 counts of forging COVID-19 results for different individuals at various locations within Nairobi County.

For these counts, he was directed to deposit a cash bail of Ksh. 150,000.
