Published on July 9, 2020, Krishna Group is on the verge of delivering 128 luxurious apartments in Thindigua, a project that has been in the making for 20 months.
The project, commissioned by Opposition leader Raila Odinga in November 2018, has been a significant undertaking for the local developer, employing over 800 people and providing a much-needed boost to the economy.
Project Director Suraj Jeram hailed the completion of the project, terming it a 'concerted delivery'. 'We are on the final touches,' Suraj said, 'Everything is in place and it's a great achievement for us. The Green Zone Apartments boasts salient features that are unparalleled in the area.'
The Green Zone Apartments, an eight-story modern luxurious development, comes with a range of amenities, including a fitted kitchen, intercom systems, swimming pool, entertainment area, designated parking, and 24-hour security surveillance.
The apartments, which are expected to serve the growing need for residential-focused housing, will be priced at Ksh8 million for a two-bedroom unit and Ksh12 million for a three-bedroom unit.
Krishna Group, known for its landmark projects, including the highly acclaimed Krishna Center in Westlands, has experienced sustained growth, with over Ksh 1.5 billion pumped into past and ongoing development projects across the country.
