According to Belfast Live, the innovative recipe involves cooking eggs in a pan with bread, resulting in a perfectly toasted egg sandwich with no mess.
TikTok user @Ivycher shared the recipe, which involves breaking two eggs into a bowl, seasoning them with salt and pepper, and beating them with a fork before pouring the mixture into a pan.
She then dips two slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating each side, before leaving them side-by-side in the pan with the egg cooking underneath.
Once ready, the bread is flipped over, and the egg is placed on top. Cheese and ham are added to one side, and the bread is folded in to create the perfect toastie sandwich.
The video has garnered over 250,000 views and hundreds of comments, with many users eager to try the recipe for themselves.
