After 20 months of construction, Krishna Group's ambitious Thindigua project is nearing completion. The project, which was commissioned by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga in November 2018, is expected to deliver 128 luxurious units in just 8 weeks.
Despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project's director, Suraj Jeram, hailed the completion as a 'concerted delivery'. 'We are getting to the final touches, everything is in place and it's a great achievement for us,' he said. 'The Green Zone Apartments boasts of salient features that are unparalleled in the area.'
The project has not only provided employment opportunities for over 800 workers but also aims to address the growing need for residential housing in the country. The 8-storied Green Zone Ultra Modern apartments come equipped with modern amenities, including a fitted kitchen, solar water, intercom systems, and round-the-clock security surveillance.
Krishna Group, known for its landmark projects, including the Krishna Center in Westlands, has invested over Kshs. 1.5 billion in past and ongoing development projects across the country.
