On July 7, 2020, Kenya's Health Ministry reported 183 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 8,250.
Of the new cases, 177 were Kenyan citizens, while six were foreigners. The youngest patient was four years old, and the oldest was 79 years old.
The Health Ministry tested 2,061 samples in 24 hours, increasing the total number of samples tested in the country to 193,455.
Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced that 90 patients had been discharged from health facilities in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of recoveries to 2,504.
