Nakuru Court Arraigns 10 Suspected Members of Outlawed 'Confirm' Group

On Tuesday, July 7, 2020, a Nakuru court arraigned ten suspected members of an outlawed group known as 'Confirm' for allegedly engaging in organized crime.

The suspects were arrested on Monday over a series of incidents involving the torching of houses at Flamingo Estate in Nakuru, where one person lost their life and a 16-year-old minor was stabbed on June 19, 2020.

During the court proceedings, the suspects denied the charges and were released on a Ksh.200,000 cash bail or a Ksh.300,000 bond with a surety of a similar amount.

The case will be mentioned on July 21, 2020.
