Adjust Your Mask

Use Soap and Water

Insert a Tissue
Another easy hack is to place a folded tissue between your mouth and the mask. This absorbs the warm and moist air, preventing it from reaching your glasses. You can also ensure that the top of your mask is tight and the bottom is looser to direct your exhaled breath away from your spectacles.
Consider Anti-Fog Solutions
Commercial anti-fog wipes and sprays can be effective, but they can be expensive. Be sure to read the fine print before purchasing any anti-fog solution, as some may not work well on glasses with certain coatings.
