Comedian Othuol Othuol has been discharged from hospital, but his recovery is far from over. According to Ken Waudo, chairman of the Comedian Society of Kenya, Othuol will undergo physical therapy for the next six months and receive treatment at home to avoid exposing him to COVID-19.
Speaking to the media, Waudo emphasized that Othuol is safer at home than in a crowded hospital ward. He also revealed that Othuol will attend physical hospital sessions every three days for the next six months.
Waudo appealed to fans and friends to remember Othuol in their prayers and offer him support during this challenging time. He noted that Othuol still needs their support and prayers more than ever before.
Ken Waudo's announcement comes as Kenyans are still reeling from the death of comedian Kasee and the untimely passing of Njenga Mswahili in 2019. Many are now more aware of the tough situations some comedians face before meeting their deaths and are ready to help wherever they can.
