July 7, 2020 - Google has removed 25 Android apps from the Play Store after they were found to be stealing users' Facebook credentials. Cyber Security Firm Evina discovered the malicious apps, which users are advised to delete immediately.
According to Evina, the apps were designed to steal users' Facebook login credentials, putting their accounts at risk. If you have installed any of these apps on your phone, it is essential to delete them to prevent any potential harm.
Additionally, if you have logged in to any of these apps, it is recommended to visit Facebook.com and revoke their access by going to Settings > Apps. As a precautionary measure, change your Facebook password to ensure your account's security.
