Ali Kiba, the CEO of Kings Music Record Label, has parted ways with his manager Esi Mgimba, barely eight months after hiring her.
The decision to fire Mgimba was reportedly made after some work-related misunderstandings and a breach of work ethics at Kings Music.
“It's true, I won't be working with her again. It's a matter of work procedures. She had made significant contributions to our company in the past, but some misunderstandings and disagreements with management led to her departure. It's not that she's incapable of working, but she went against some of our company's work ethics, which led to her contract being dissolved,” Alikiba explained in an interview.
Ali Kiba further stated that parting ways with Mgimba will not affect the running of Kings Music in any way.
“No, it won't cause any problems. Esi was a hardworking individual who was passionate about her work (Aliyoacha Seven). However, she lacked experience, but she was willing to learn and grow. During her time with us, she worked closely with @beingaidancharlie, who provided her with guidance. Esi was a diligent worker, but she also had a tendency to act impulsively, which ultimately led to her departure,” he added.
