Published on July 5, 2020, a remarkable story of perseverance and faith has emerged from Nigeria, where a woman has finally become a mother after 31 years of waiting.
Seember Atsenda, the woman's stepdaughter, took to Facebook to share the wonderful news, describing her stepmom as a patient woman who took on the responsibility of raising other people's children despite not having her own.
Atsenda's post read: 'The Lord has answered us by making me a big sister to the cutest and most beautiful baby girl in the whole world, I have never been so in love with any human the way I feel about this little human, she makes me cry when she cries.'
She added: 'Ladies and gentlemen meet Iwanger I Ter, the light of my parent's entire life. God's time is always perfect, the devil can only delay the blessings, 31-years of waiting on the Lord.'
The newborn baby, Iwanger I Ter, is a Nigerian Tiv name which means 'light of God.' Atsenda's heartfelt post has left many social media users in awe, with some expressing their joy and congratulations to the new mom and her family.
