On July 5, 2020, BMW invited students and their parents to its careers information days, offering a unique glimpse into the world of coaching and instruction.
During these joint sessions with trainees, attendees could experience the coaching firsthand, ask questions, and gain insight into the company's instruction world.
One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to explore talents and discover the world of coaching workshops, where students could watch trainees at work and even participate in hands-on activities.
The recruiting team was also on hand to provide valuable application tips, from resume building to the choice day, and to discuss diverse job opportunities, including student internships and dual research.
Attendees could also experience BMW's products firsthand, from the emotional and sporty cars to the latest models, such as the BMW i8 at the Leipzig plant and the new three Series in Munich.
At some locations, visitors had the chance to experience production live, witnessing how BMW's passion and modern technologies come together to create innovative cars.
