On Sunday, July 5, 2020, a shocking discovery was made in Narok town, where a 32-year-old man was found dead in a lodging.

According to the police, the deceased, Edmond Parseen, had booked into the lodging on Saturday, July 4, at around 6pm, and was later joined by his girlfriend.

Police found unused condoms, alcoholic drinks, and energy drinks in the room, sparking speculation about the cause of death.

Narok North OCPD Fredrick Shiundu stated that the cause of death would be determined after a post-mortem examination, but suggested that the consumption of alcoholic and energy drinks may have contributed to the tragic event.

The deceased's uncle, Felix Nkoyo, revealed that Edmond had been unreachable since Friday and that the woman he was with was their neighbor, although their affair was not publicly known.

Police took the body to Narok County Hospital mortuary for further investigation, and the woman involved was taken into custody as part of the ongoing investigation.
