On July 5, 2020, BMW invited students and their parents to their Vocational Data Day, an event that offered a unique glimpse into their training programs.
At the event, attendees had the opportunity to explore their talents and discover the world of training workshops alongside BMW's trainees. They could watch the trainees on the job and even participate in hands-on activities, gaining valuable insights into the company's coaching world.
The recruiting team at BMW provided helpful tips for job applications, including advice on resume writing and interview preparation. Attendees could also learn about the company's various job opportunities, from student internships to dual studies, through presentations and discussions with trainers and recruiters.
One of the highlights of the event was the chance to experience BMW's products firsthand. Attendees could see the company's emotional and sporty autos, including the BMW i8 in the Leipzig plant and the new 3 Series in Munich. They could also learn about the production process and how BMW's passion for innovation and modern technology comes together to create vehicles.
