Published on July 4, 2020, Manchester United's thrilling 5-2 win over Bournemouth at Old Trafford marked a significant milestone for the Red Devils, catapulting them into the top four for the first time since November 2019.

Manchester United's emphatic victory over Bournemouth saw them leapfrog Chelsea to fourth spot in the Premier League table, a feat they last achieved in late 2019.

Youngster Mason Greenwood stole the show with a brace, scoring two goals in the match, while Bruno Fernandes provided two assists and scored a stunning freekick to seal the win.

Manchester United's dominant performance saw them take the lead in the 29th minute courtesy of Mason Greenwood's powerful shot, which was set up by Bruno Fernandes' clever pass.

However, Bournemouth's Junior Stanislas gave the Cherries a 16th-minute lead after taking advantage of some calamitous defending by Harry Maguire.

Manchester United's Marcus Rashford equalized in the 32nd minute after a Bournemouth player was found to have handled the ball in the penalty area, and Anthony Martial sealed the win with a stunning curler at the stroke of half-time.

Despite a Joshua King penalty in the 50th minute, Bournemouth's hopes of a comeback were dashed when Mason Greenwood scored his second goal in the 54th minute, and Bruno Fernandes sealed the win with a stunning freekick five minutes later.
