On July 4, 2020, Kenya's Covid-19 cases continued to rise sharply, with 389 individuals testing positive for the disease in the last 24 hours.

According to Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe, 386 of the new cases were Kenyans, while 3 were foreigners.
