Kenya's Huduma Centres, which had been operating at a reduced capacity since March 18, 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, have now fully resumed their services.

According to a statement by Huduma Kenya, the centres will offer a range of services, including the issuance of certificates of good conduct, IDs, police abstracts, birth certificates, and KRA services.

However, it's worth noting that not all Huduma Centres will be able to offer certificate of good conduct services, with only those in Nairobi able to provide this service.

As Kenyans return to the centres, Huduma Kenya has advised them to observe COVID-19 safety measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

On March 19, 2020, Huduma Kenya had announced that its centres would only deal with citizens seeking to collect processed identity cards and processed birth certificates.
