On July 3rd, 2020, 96 advocates were admitted to the Bar in Kenya, marking a significant milestone in their careers. Among them was Bob Orengo, the son of Siaya Senator James Orengo.
Bob Orengo's mother, Betty Murungi, congratulated him on his achievement in a tweet, saying,

Senate Minority Leader Raila Odinga also congratulated his son, tweeting,
"My boy. A proud and consequential moment!"
ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga joined the conversation, commenting on Bob Orengo's achievements and saying,
"Bobby, from the first day of our encounter when you were a baby, I knew that you were destined for greatness. I am happy that my dreams are coming to pass. Congratulations. Raila"
Other notable individuals who were admitted to the Bar include Sports CS Amina Mohamed and Mathenge Mukundi, a practicing Rastafarian.
