Nation TV Anchor Loses Job, Father in a Month

Sharon Barang'a, a Nation TV anchor, has been left reeling after losing her job and father in a span of just one month.

Barang'a had announced on June 5 that she had lost her father, prompting an outpouring of sympathy from Kenyans on social media.

However, in a shocking turn of events, Nation Media Group (NMG) fired her from her job, leaving many in the industry stunned.

"I've lost my job and my dad in a month... it's just the same. I'm okay. Thank you all for your messages of support," Barang'a said in a report.

Despite the sympathy she received, NMG showed no mercy, firing her without any consideration for her situation.

Barang'a's case has sparked a heated debate in the industry, with many questioning the treatment of employees by NMG.

As Kenyans continue to send messages of hope and support to Barang'a, the question remains: what next for the young anchor?
