Live Knowledge Future ¶
On July 4, 2020, BMW invited students and their parents to its Job Information and Facts Day, an event designed to give them an exclusive insight into the company's training world.
During the joint work with trainees, participants could experience the training first-hand, ask questions, and get valuable application ideas from BMW's recruiting team.
The event offered a unique opportunity to explore the world of training workshops, where students could watch trainees at work and even become active participants themselves.
BMW's trainees were passionate about the company's products, and the vocational data day provided a chance to see these products up close, including the BMW i8 in Leipzig, the new 3 Series in Munich, and motorcycles in Berlin.
At some sites, participants could even witness the production process live, discovering how BMW's passion and modern technologies come together to create innovative vehicles.
