On July 4, 2020, a new platform was launched in Nairobi to bring professionals together and promote peer growth. Dubbed the Prosper App, it aims to bridge the social gap between junior and senior professionals.
The app will provide junior professionals with counsel on professional growth, mental stability, and juggling professional social life. Prosper App founder and CEO, Topyster Muga, said the platform has been designed to draw from global best practices and offer a personalized tech-savvy self-improvement programme.
According to Muga, the app is committed to building a bridge between the user's current reality and their journey to prosperity. Such platforms could benefit society in dealing with workplace problems and developing a dedicated workforce in the country.
