Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has been making headlines in recent months, with rumors swirling about her relationship status. In a recent interview, she set the record straight, confirming that she is indeed single.
However, she also revealed that she has been talking to various people, with no romantic involvement. According to Zari, she values her friendships and enjoys staying in touch with her acquaintances, but nothing more.
One of the people she has been in contact with is musician Deus Ndugwa, also known as Grenade. The two were spotted together in a video earlier this year, which sparked rumors of a romantic relationship. However, Zari has denied these claims, stating that they are simply good friends.
As for her relationship with Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz, the father of her two children, Zari confirmed that they are not back together. Instead, they have managed to put their differences aside and are now co-parenting their children.
"He stepped up his game, he is being a good father, he takes care of his children and often calls them so I really appreciate him for that," she said.
Regarding the mysterious disappearance of her former partner, KingBae, Zari revealed that he was living a lifestyle that wasn't sustainable for him. When the truth came to light, they parted ways.
