Man City's Leroy Sane Completes Move to Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich have finally completed the signing of Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, with the 24-year-old German international joining the German giants for a reported £54.8m.

According to reports, Sane's contract with Manchester City was worth around £55million for the next five years, but he rejected a new contract and Pep Guardiola confirmed his impending exit in June 2020.

Despite spending most of the season on the sidelines, Sane made four appearances for Manchester City this season, with three of them coming from the bench. He also played in the 5-0 thrashing of Burnley and the 2-1 loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, but is yet to register a goal this campaign.

Manchester City will make a 10% profit should Bayern Munich sell Leroy Sane in the future.

Bayern Munich were recently crowned German champions after winning the league with a few matches to spare, and they have never hidden their intentions of signing Sane from Manchester City.

On their social media, Bayern Munich unveiled their new winger with the message: 'Serve us Leroy.'

Speaking about his move to Bayern Munich, Sane said: 'I'm looking forward to the new challenge and can't wait to train with the team.'
