Patel, who has offices in India, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria, provided Momanyi with a love potion that would reveal the truth about his wife's infidelity.
After consuming the potion, Momanyi returned home from a football match to find his wife stuck and wailing in pain with the butcher in their matrimonial bed.
He was furious and gave the butcher a severe beating, but the police intervened, saving the butcher from further harm.
Patel's love potion has gained recognition in several towns in Asia and Africa, and he claims to have medicine that can cure various ailments, including asthma, epilepsy, and cancer.
