Located 35 kilometers from Mombasa City's central business district, Vipingo Development is a 10,254-acre mixed-use project by Centum Investment Plc.

With its prime location, the development is set to become one of the most sought-after destinations in the region.

Conveniently situated 1 kilometer from Vipingo Ridge airstrip, 35 kilometers from Moi International Airport, and 35 kilometers from the Standard Gauge Railway (Mombasa Terminus), the development enjoys excellent road connectivity via the Mombasa-Malindi Highway and the Mariakani-Kaloleni-Mavueni bypass.

The development's Investment Park, set on 1,151 acres, is anchored by 250 acres for Phase 1 and offers serviced plots suitable for warehousing, logistics, light and medium processing industries, EPZ, and commercial developments.

To provide a reliable water supply, the development has constructed a 3 million liters per day seawater desalination plant, which is currently under construction.

The development is meticulously zoned, with the residential zone hosting three projects: Awali Estate, 1255-Palm Ridge, and KingsWood Park.

Awali Estate is an exclusive gated community comprising 152 bungalows and maisonettes, with amenities including children's play areas and playgrounds, a swimming pool, a jogging track, and expansive green parks.

Currently under construction, Awali Estate is scheduled for handover in September 2020.

1255-Palm Ridge is an affordable housing project offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in a gated community with children's play areas and playgrounds, expansive green parks, and a swimming pool.

The first phase of the apartments is sold out and is set for handover at the end of December 2020, with the second phase scheduled for handover in April 2021.

KingsWood Park offers serviced plots from 1/8th acre with four unique typologies that landowners can build from, making it an ideal option for investors looking to build their dream homes.
