Raila Odinga Returns Home After Medical Treatment in Dubai

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has returned home after undergoing medical treatment in Dubai, where he underwent a minor surgery on June 22, 2020.

According to his family, Odinga had been experiencing back problems and had traveled to Dubai for treatment.

On July 1, 2020, Odinga took to social media to express his gratitude to Kenyans for their well-wishes and to announce that he was feeling strong and rejuvenated.

"I am feeling strong and rejuvenated, and I want to thank all Kenyans who have been sending me messages of goodwill," Odinga said in a video posted on his Facebook page.

He also thanked his supporters for their prayers and well-wishes, saying, "I am grateful for the love and support that I have received from my fellow Kenyans."

On Twitter, Odinga posted a video of himself wearing trendy shorts, with the caption, "I am feeling strong and rejuvenated."

His return has been met with mixed reactions on social media, with some people congratulating him on his recovery while others have expressed skepticism about his health.

As Odinga returns to the political scene, his health will be closely watched by his supporters and detractors alike.
