On July 1, 2020, Huduma Kenya announced through its official Twitter handle that they had resumed the issuance of Certificate of Good Conduct in their GPO branch in Nairobi.

This comes after a brief halt in the service, which was revealed by Gender and Youth CAS Rachel Shebesh on June 2nd. She stated that the government was to resume the replacement of National IDs due to high demands.

According to CAS Shebesh, Huduma Kenya is preparing to provide more high-demand services in the Huduma centres in a phased approach, prioritizing the safety of staff and customers.
