As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the entertainment industry, creatives are finding innovative ways to stay relevant and financially stable. One such example is the rise of digital content creation, with comedians like Eric Omondi and Jalang'o already making a name for themselves on YouTube.

Comedian and radio personality Jalang'o launched his YouTube channel 'Bonga na Jalas' just two months ago, which has already gained over 100,000 subscribers. Now, Churchill show co-host and award-winning comedian MC Jessy is set to follow suit.

On July 6, 2020, MC Jessy will be launching his own YouTube channel, MC JESSY, which promises to be a big day not just for him but for Kenyans as well. In a statement, MC Jessy hinted at the excitement surrounding his new project, saying, 'Next week Monday is going to be a BIG DAY. Watch out for my YouTube channel MC JESSY. We are going big on Monday.'

MC Jessy's move has already generated buzz in the entertainment industry, with fellow entertainers and fans lauding his decision to take his comedy antics to the digital world.
