Published on June 30, 2020, Size 8, a renowned gospel artiste, has embarked on a fitness journey to regain her pre-pregnancy body.

Eight months after the birth of her second child, Size 8 has decided to take control of her health and fitness, despite being a two-time CS mum.

She recently went live on her Instagram with her workout coach, sharing her excitement and gratitude for being able to exercise again.

‘Nyi chekeni tu, Gojeni mzae watoto wawili ndo mtajua hamjui. Hizi exercise zimenimaliza day one na hata hunionei huruma’ she said, expressing her joy and relief.

Size 8 also gave credit to God, thanking Him for healing her from high blood pressure, which had previously prevented her from exercising.

Health experts advise that women who have delivered via CS should wait for at least 9 months before embarking on exercises to avoid complications such as wound tearing or back injuries.
