Brazilian Footballer Miraculously Survives 200-Metre Cliff Fall

On June 26, Brazilian footballer Henrique narrowly escaped death after falling 200 metres off a cliff in a Land Rover.

According to sources, the accident occurred on a Friday night, and Henrique's vehicle plummeted from a nearly 200-metre high cliff inside the Rola Mica State Park.

Firefighters took approximately four hours to rescue Henrique from the wreckage of his Land Rover, and he was subsequently rushed to a private hospital for close monitoring.

Henrique, a 34-year-old midfielder for Cruzeiro, is said to have survived the accident unscathed, with no fractures reported.

His manager, Leandro Lima, has confirmed that the player remains in a stable condition.

Henrique only recently returned to Cruzeiro after a loan spell at Fluminense.
