David Murathe's Son DWG Celebrates 28th Birthday in Style ¶
On June 29, 2020, Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe's eldest son, Davidson Gatuhi Wakairu, popularly known as DWG, celebrated his 28th birthday in style at his family's ranch in Gatanga.
The country-themed party was attended by prominent figures in business and politics, including Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, Saboti MP Caleb Amisi, and Akothee's ex-manager Nelly Oaks.
Guests were treated to a delectable buffet and drinks flowed freely, with several bottles of expensive champagne being popped.
DWG, a student at Marbella International University Centre (MIUC) in Spain, serves as the President of the student board and also runs a local youth NGO, Vijana Amkeni, which seeks to mobilize young people towards social causes.
Like his father, DWG has an interest in politics and has an eye on a parliamentary seat in the 2022 general election.
