Kenyan music producer and businessman Tedd Josiah has spoken out about the mistakes of his past, including a marriage that he now regrets.
According to Josiah, he was pushed into marriage by societal pressure, which led him to settle down with a woman he didn't truly love.
Speaking on Grace Msalame's NTV show, Unscripted with Grace, Josiah revealed that he was in a space where he wasn't ready to be a family man and was instead breaking people more than building them.
He confessed that he was ticking boxes and trying to live up to societal expectations, but ultimately realized he didn't love the woman he was with.
Despite the lack of love, the relationship bore two children, who are now grown up and teenagers.
During the 2007/2008 political clashes in Kenya, Josiah sought refuge in the UK, leaving behind his baby mama and their two children.
This experience had a lasting impact on Josiah, who later fell in love with his late wife, Regina Katar, and had a third child, Jay Jay.
Today, Josiah is proud of the bond he has formed with all three of his children, and he loves them dearly.
However, he has learned to be cautious and isolate them from social media due to the potential risks associated with it.
