On June 29, 2020, 80 law students from the University of Nairobi (UoN) took their grievances to court, challenging the institution's decision to conduct online classes and exams.
The students, who are seeking an injunction to stop the online learning, argue that the move is unfair and will negatively impact their academic performance.
