On June 27, Starehe MP Charles Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar, allegedly incited youth to take ownership of some shops in a building located in Grogon area in Nairobi.
According to Nairobi police boss Philip Ndolo, the MP was arrested on Monday for his alleged actions.
Speaking to Milele FM on the matter, Ndolo stated that the MP's actions were a cause for concern.
