Armed Thugs Caught on Camera Robbing Pedestrian in Nairobi Brought to Justice

On June 25, 2020, a brazen daylight robbery was caught on camera in Nairobi, leaving a pedestrian shaken. The incident has now been brought to a close with the arrest of the four suspects involved.

According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI), detectives tracked down the suspects to their hideouts in Kawangware, Gatina, and Pangani, making the arrests on June 29, 2020.

“Four suspects connected with a robbery incident captured on Camera along Lenana Road on 25th June, 2020 have this morning been arrested by DCI Detectives based at Kilimani and several items recovered. The four were tracked down to their hideouts in Kawangware, Gatina and Pangani,” said police on their DCI Twitter account.

However, the police are still searching for the weapons used during the robbery.
