On a day marked by dramatic finishes, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal secured their places in the FA Cup semifinals. The semifinal lineup is set to be a thrilling one, with Manchester City facing Arsenal in a highly anticipated matchup.

Manchester City's Kevin de Bruyne opened the scoring against Newcastle United with a penalty kick, but it was Raheem Sterling who sealed the win with an exquisite curling finish in the second half. Newcastle struggled to find their footing, especially in the first half, and were ultimately unable to overcome the holders.

Meanwhile, Chelsea's Frank Lampard made crucial half-time changes that transformed the game against Leicester City. Ross Barkley came off the bench to send Chelsea to Wembley, scoring the decisive goal in the process. Leicester City had held sway in the first half, but Lampard's substitutions proved to be the turning point.

Arsenal, too, secured their spot in the semifinals with a dramatic 91st-minute winner from Dani Ceballos. The on-loan midfielder slotted home a low, angled drive to win the tie against Sheffield United, sending the Gunners through to the next round.
