Published on June 28, 2020
Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has found himself at the center of a storm after declaring himself the future of Kenya, a move that has sparked outrage among Kenyans.
According to reports, Babu Owino took to social media to express his presidential ambitions, but his message was met with a barrage of criticism and backlash from online users.
Many questioned his audacity to gush over his future while he had ruined DJ Evolve's life, citing the January 17 incident in which the DJ was shot in the neck and left paralyzed.
Online users told off Babu Owino for his role in the incident, with some calling him a 'shooter' rather than a leader.
