On June 28, 2020, Dr. Roselyn Akombe, a former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) commissioner, took to Twitter to express her disappointment with Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria.

Akombe's warning came after Kuria failed to unmask the killers of Chris Msando, the IEBC ICT manager who was brutally murdered in 2017.

Msando's death remains a mystery, and many have criticized Kuria for his insensitive comments about the incident. In response, Akombe quoted Martin Luther King Jr., saying, "No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream."

Kuria had earlier hinted that he would reveal new information about Msando's murder, but his failure to do so has left many feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
