On June 28, 2020, popular radio presenter Felix Odiwuor, known as Jalang'o, announced plans to launch an online TV station.

His decision comes after he recently quit Milele FM following a contractual dispute with his employer, Mediamax Network Limited.

With over 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, Jalang'o aims to expand his platform and turn it into a TV station with various segments, including news, sports, comedy, and more.

“With how the YouTube channel is growing so fast, we want to make it bigger. Bonga na Jalas interviews will continue but just as a segment on the channel and have different channels on the platform for news, sports, comedy and other interesting segments to create opportunities for so many other youths who have talent and want to showcase them,” Jalang'o said.

He also invited interested individuals to apply for hosting jobs on his online platform, encouraging them to share their talents and one-minute clips.

As a respected comedian and emcee, Jalang'o has previously worked for Kiss 100, Radio Maisha, and Hot 96, and has interviewed notable celebrities, including Betty Kyallo, Khaligraph Jones, and Tanasha Donna.
