Manchester United Edges Norwich in Dramatic FA Cup Match

On June 27, 2020, Manchester United advanced to the FA Cup semi-finals after a thrilling match against Norwich City.

Manchester United's Odion Ighalo scored his fourth goal in four starts under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, giving the visitors the lead in the 51st minute.

However, Norwich City equalized in the 75th minute through a cheeky shot from midfielder Todd Cantwell, forcing the game into extra time.

With the score still tied, Manchester United's Harry Maguire scored a late winner in extra time, securing a 4-2 win for the Red Devils.

Despite being reduced to 10 men after Timm Klose's red card, Norwich City showed remarkable resilience throughout the match.

Manchester United's manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, called on his more experienced players, including Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, and Paul Pogba, to find a winner in extra time.

United's pressure eventually paid off, with Maguire slotting home the winner after Norwich failed to clear the ball from a cross.

Manchester United will now wait to learn their opponents for the semi-finals of the FA Cup, which still includes teams like Arsenal, Manchester City, and Chelsea.
