On Saturday, June 27, 2020, renowned journalist Betty Kyallo unveiled an improved version of her salon 'Flair With Betty', a luxurious two-storey mansion with well-manicured lawns.
According to an interview hosted by Felix Odiwuor (Jalang'o), the salon features a massage parlour, a private VIP room for women, a barbershop, and a kids salon.
"I wanted the children to have a place where they can colour and get entertained," Kyalo stated.
Her latest move comes just weeks after she lost her job at K24, where she hosted a weekly show, amidst allegations that she and other star names, including Jalang'o, were suing the media organisation over plans to slash their salaries by 50%.
Instagram photos and videos showed the luxurious interior of the salon, designed with an array of Betty's photos, her daughter's, Ivanna, and her sister's, Gloria, all wearing different hairstyles.
Previously, on her YouTube channel 'Betty Kyalo lately', the journalist disclosed that she was upgrading her business venture to a more spacious and luxurious venue.
