Coconut Glazed Pan Chicken Recipe ¶

Ingredients include a capon cut into quarters, vinegar, garlic and ginger, rosemary, salt, oil, chicken bouillon cube, turmeric powder, curry powder, black pepper, coconut cream, lime juice, and chopped coriander.
Instructions begin by pan-searing the chicken in a non-stick pan over high heat, then adding spices and glazing with coconut cream. The chicken is then slow-cooked in the coconut cream for 10 minutes, before being served with a side of choice.
