On a day meant for celebration, Robert Momanyi, a businessman and politician, chose to give back to his community amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
Published on June 27, 2020, Robert, who is popularly known as Momanyi047, decided to celebrate his birthday by distributing foodstuffs to various households in Makadara constituency, where he vied unsuccessfully in the 2017 General elections.
Accompanied by his fellow rich kids, including Churchill Oz, Robert's charity event aimed to provide basic necessities to the people of Makadara.
According to Robert's Instagram post, he expressed his gratitude to his friends who made the event possible, saying, 'To God be the glory! I would like to thank all my friends who made it possible to organize this noble cause of sharing foodstuffs and other basic necessities to the great people of Makadara on my birth day. May God reward you all in equal measure. I will be organizing more of this charity events for the needy of our society because in times of adversity we are called to give for we shall receive. Be blessed 🙏🏾 Happy birthday to me.'
