Marriage is Not a Bed of Roses ¶
Gospel singer Denno, known for his music, has been open about his marriage woes. In a recent interview, Denno and his wife Faith Naliaka shared their experiences with the audience.
Denno, who is visually impaired, has been married to Faith for four years. Unlike many young couples, trust issues have not been a major challenge for them. However, they have faced a significant financial challenge that they have been able to overcome with the help of God.
According to Faith, the pre-marital classes they attended before getting married were instrumental in helping them handle their challenges. 'Pre-marital classes are key for people getting into marriage because it's there where you are taught the hardest and the ugliest part of marriage,' she said.
Denno, who appreciates his wife for who she is rather than her physical appearance, emphasized the importance of looking beyond physical appearance when getting into marriage. 'For me, I don't see with the eyes of the world... When you're getting into marriage one thing you should not look at is the physical image of that person,' he said.
Denno and Faith met in church and became friends before getting married on August 13, 2016. They are blessed with a two and half-year-old daughter.
