Published on June 26, 2020, Lord Eyez, the Tanzanian rapper and ex-boyfriend of singer Ray C, has finally broken his silence on their tumultuous relationship.
Speaking to Wasafi TV, Lord Eyez revealed that Ray C's jealousy of his career success was a major reason for their split. He claimed that the 'Mama Nitilie' hitmaker was consumed by envy, which ultimately led to the demise of their relationship.
'You have to understand that I'm a person who has been loved truly, and I'm a good person. The truth is, I loved her, and she was a good person too. But her jealousy was suffocating, and it was unbearable,' Lord Eyez said in the interview.
Lord Eyez also addressed allegations that he had introduced Ray C to hard drugs, which had a devastating impact on her career. He denied these claims, stating that he had been clean from drugs for a long time.
